1 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and gcup2 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of the gcup2.org website, the gcup2 mobile app, and all services offered under the gcup2 brand.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the gcup2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated here, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, which form part of these Terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the gcup2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 21 years on the registration date.
• Be a legally valid individual under the laws of the country in which you reside.
• Not subject to any court order or legal restriction prohibiting participation in online gambling activities.
• Never been declared bankrupt or currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings.
• Act on your own personal capacity and not as a representative of any third party.
• Not included on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling program.

3 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the gcup2 platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name as shown on your ID, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. gcup2 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount.

The KYC process at gcup2 involves verification of the following documents:

• Valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill not older than three months).
• A selfie with your identity document if requested.

Gcup2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4 Deposits and Payments

Gcup2 supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method. The latest limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account. gcup2 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only.
• Gcup2 does not accept third-party deposits — funds must come from an account held in the same member's name.
• Any deposit suspected of originating from unlawful activity will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Gcup2 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that does not comply with the platform's policies.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Members may request a withdrawal of funds to a bank account or eWallet in Malaysia registered under their own name. gcup2 processes eWallet withdrawals within approximately 5 minutes after the application is approved, while FPX transfers to a bank account typically take up to one business day.

The withdrawal conditions that must be observed are as follows:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Funds must be credited via the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the availability of that method.
• Any active bonus in your account must have its wagering requirements fully met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Gcup2 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed the specified limit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

8 Member Conduct

All gcup2 members are required to conduct themselves responsibly and to respect fellow users and platform staff. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without warning:

• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Fraud, use of stolen credit or debit card information, or any form of financial deception.
• Player collusion to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Systematic bonus abuse through hedge wagering or similar techniques.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at gcup2 support staff.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.

9 Account Termination and Suspension

Gcup2 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any member account without prior notice where reasonable grounds exist to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to meet KYC requirements, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, gcup2 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance or unclaimed winnings in that account. For terminations requested by the member, any valid fund balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned once the verification process is complete.

• Gcup2 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from technical disruptions beyond the platform's control.
• Gcup2 is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including payment providers, that cause transaction delays or failures.
• Members are solely responsible for their own gambling decisions. gcup2 does not guarantee any wins.

12 Terms and Conditions Amendment
